Professional Training
I have undertaken a ‘classical training’ as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist (7 years) and although this is my preferred way of working, I have a broad awareness of many other types of therapy including Attachment Theory, Jungian Analytical Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral approaches (CBT) and Humanistic therapies (Transactional Analysis, Existential, Person-Centred).

In my first career I have worked for 40 years in a service industry environment at all levels from the shop floor to senior executive roles. I am familiar with the pressures of a modern workplace.
