Professional Training
I have undertaken a classical training as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist (7 years) and although this is my principal way of working, I also have a broad awareness of many other types of therapy including Attachment Theory, Jungian Analytical Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic therapies (Transactional Analysis, Existential, Person-Centred).
